2025年にデビュー40周年を迎えた4人組バンド「TUBE」のドキュメンタリー。2026年6月にWOWOWにて放送・配信された番組に、未公開シーンを追加収録し完全版として映画化した作品で、TUBEにとって初めての長編映画となった。 1985年6月1日にシングル「ベストセラー・サマー」でデビューしたTUBEは、「シーズン・イン・ザ・サン」「あー夏休み」「ガラスのメモリーズ」「夏を抱きしめて」など数々の楽曲で日本の夏を彩り続けてきた。デビュー40周年を迎えた2025年6月、彼らは約20年ぶりとなるハワイ・ワイキキでの特別な公演を実施した。ビザ問題や機材トラブルなどの困難を乗り越えてスタートした40周年イヤーは、通算36回目となる横浜スタジアムでの夏祭りライブ、全40公演におよぶ全国ホールツアーなどさまざまなプロジェクトへと続き、彼らにとって激動の1年となった。 本作では、デビュー40周年の記念日に開催されたワイキキ公演をはじめ、多数のゲストを迎えて行われた横浜スタジアム公演、織田哲郎とのサプライズセッション、全国ツアーの千秋楽となった沖縄公演など、40周年だからこそ実現した特別なライブの数々と、その裏側にあるメンバー4人の想いを、ライブ映像と舞台裏の模様、メンバーそれぞれへのインタビュー映像を通して映し出していく。

A documentary about the four-piece band TUBE, who celebrated their 40th debut anniversary in 2025. This film is a complete version of the program broadcast and streamed on WOWOW in June 2026, with additional unseen footage included, marking TUBE's first feature-length film. Debuting on June 1, 1985, with the single 'Best Seller Summer,' TUBE has continued to color Japan's summers with numerous songs such as 'Season in the Sun,' 'Ah- Natsuyasumi,' 'Glass Memories,' and 'Natsu wo Dakishimete.' In June 2025, marking their 40th debut anniversary, they held a special performance in Waikiki, Hawaii, for the first time in about 20 years. The 40th anniversary year, which started after overcoming difficulties such as visa issues and equipment troubles, continued with various projects including their 36th summer festival live at Yokohama Stadium and a nationwide hall tour spanning 40 performances, making it a tumultuous year for them. This work showcases the special live performances that were only possible because of the 40th anniversary, including the Waikiki performance held on the anniversary day, the Yokohama Stadium performance with many guests, a surprise session with Tetsuro Oda, and the Okinawa performance that marked the final show of the nationwide tour. It also captures the feelings of the four members behind the scenes through live footage, backstage moments, and interview videos with each member.
