新潟県胎内市を舞台に、密かな思いを抱えた祖母とその孫娘が織りなす時間を超えた交流をつづったホームドラマ。 東京で暮らす鴨下莉莉は他界した祖母・時子の遺言で、遺品整理のため胎内市を訪れる。夫を亡くした後ずっとひとり暮らしだった時子の家の中で、莉莉は祖母が夫以外の男性と交わした131通の手紙を発見する。両親の不仲で傷ついていた莉莉は、大好きだった祖母の秘密に戸惑いながらも、その足跡と思い出をたどりはじめる。胎内市の街の記憶と祖母の秘密は莉莉の心をゆっくり溶かし、莉莉は少しずつ自身の葛藤を乗り越えていく。そこには、莉莉に遺品整理を託した時子が彼女に伝えたかった、ある思いがあった。 竹下景子が亡き祖母・時子役を務め、秘めた恋を抱えて生きてきた女性の心の揺らぎを等身大の姿で鮮やかに体現。「魚の目」「あした、授業参観いくから。」の島田愛梨珠が、祖母の秘密に戸惑いながらも成長していく孫娘・莉莉をみずみずしく演じた。「恋恋豆花」「アイコ十六歳」の今関あきよしが原案・監督を務め、「星空のむこうの国」の小林弘利が脚本を担当。
A home drama set in Tainai City, Niigata Prefecture, depicting a cross-generational connection between a grandmother with a secret longing and her granddaughter. Kamishita Riri, living in Tokyo, visits Tainai City to sort through the belongings of her deceased grandmother, Tokiko, as per her will. Inside the house where Tokiko lived alone after her husband's death, Riri discovers 131 letters exchanged between her grandmother and a man other than her husband. Hurt by her parents' discord, Riri is perplexed by her beloved grandmother's secret but begins to trace her footsteps and memories. The memories of Tainai City and her grandmother's secret slowly melt Riri's heart, and she gradually overcomes her own conflicts. Hidden within is a certain feeling that Tokiko, who entrusted Riri with sorting her belongings, wanted to convey to her. Takei Shizue plays the deceased grandmother Tokiko, vividly embodying the emotional fluctuations of a woman who lived with a hidden love in a realistic manner. Shimada Airisu, known for 'Fish Eye' and 'I'll Come to Parent-Teacher Conference Tomorrow,' freshly portrays the granddaughter Riri, who grows while being perplexed by her grandmother's secret. Imazeki Akiyoshi, known for 'Ren Ren Tofu' and 'Aiko Sixteen,' serves as original creator and director, with Kobayashi Hirotoshi, known for 'Beyond the Starry Sky,' handling the screenplay.
