雌鶏
養鶏場からの搬送中に逃走した1羽の雌鶏の視点を通して、人間たちの尽きない欲望や社会の理不尽さをユーモラスに描いた異色のヒューマンドラマ。 養鶏場で生まれ育った1羽の黒い雌鶏が、出荷用のトラックから脱走した。人生で初めて自由を手に入れた雌鶏は、刺激と危険に満ちた世界を走り抜け、ある事情を抱えた一家が暮らす家にたどり着く。庭に建つニワトリ小屋で新生活をスタートさせた雌鶏はやがて恋をし、初めて産んだ卵を温め育てようとするが、大切な卵は毎日人間に回収されてしまう。我が子がヒヨコになる日を雌鶏が夢見る一方で、飼い主一家はとある事件に巻き込まれる。その先には、両者にとって思いがけない運命が待ち受けていた。 映像にはCGIや特殊効果をほぼ使用せず、世界的に著名な動物トレーナーのアルパード・ハラシュによる指導のもと、8羽の雌鶏が役割を分担しながら主人公の雌鶏を実演した。監督・脚本は、「ハックル」「タクシデルミア ある剥製師の遺言」などで知られるハンガリーの鬼才パールフィ・ジョルジ。2025年・第50回トロント国際映画祭プラットフォーム部門にて審査員特別賞（特別表彰）を受賞。第38回東京国際映画祭コンペティション部門上映作品。
A hen born and raised on a poultry farm escapes from a shipping truck! Having gained freedom for the first time in her life, she runs through a world full of excitement and danger, eventually arriving at a house where a family with complications lives. While living a new life in a chicken coop in the garden, she experiences first love and decides to incubate and raise the first egg she lays. However, she faces the harsh reality that her precious eggs are collected by humans every day. What is life? What is living? While the hen dreams of the day her children become chicks, the owner family gets caught up in a certain incident. An unexpected fate awaits them both——
