SNS上で語り継がれる都市伝説「2058年から来た未来人・國分玲」をモチーフに、タイムマシン研究をめぐる人間模様を描いたタイムリープサスペンス。俳優・歌手・作家として活動する船ヶ山哲と、女優・モデルの美燈みなみが主演を務める。 大学教授の國分玲は、タイムマシンの研究に人生をささげながらも資金難に苦しんでいた。そんなある日、謎の女性・北山華が「未来で返してください」と言い残し、玲の口座へ3500億円もの資金を振り込む。玲は発明家の古田とともに、打ち捨てられた建物の地下で起きる不可解な現象を調査し、その場所こそ時空を超える鍵だと確信する。一方、7年間眠り続けていた少女・和子が奇跡的に目を覚まし、彼女が目撃する出来事は、やがて玲たちの運命とも少しずつ交錯していく。 主人公・國分玲を船ヶ山哲、物語の鍵を握る北山華を美燈みなみが演じ、宮崎あみさ、フルヤトモヒロ、間瀬英正らが共演。監督は、「祝山」で演出助手を務め、本作が商業映画監督デビューとなるロジャー・D・コーエン。
A time-leap suspense film inspired by the urban legend passed down on social media of "Kokubun Rei, a time traveler from 2058," depicting human drama surrounding time machine research. Starring Tetsuya Funeyama, who works as an actor, singer, and writer, and Minami Mitou, an actress and model. University professor Kokubun Rei has devoted his life to time machine research while struggling with funding shortages. One day, a mysterious woman named Kitayama Hana leaves the words "Please return it in the future" and transfers 350 billion yen into Rei's account. Rei, along with inventor Furuta, investigates inexplicable phenomena occurring in the basement of an abandoned building, becoming convinced that this place is the key to transcending time. Meanwhile, a girl named Kazuko who had been sleeping for seven years miraculously awakens, and the events she witnesses gradually begin to intersect with the fates of Rei and the others. Funeyama plays the protagonist Kokubun Rei, Mitou plays Kitayama Hana who holds the key to the story, with Amisa Miyazaki, Tomohiro Furuya, and Hidemasa Mase in supporting roles. The director is Roger D. Cohen, who served as an assistant director on "Shukuzan" and makes his commercial film directorial debut with this work.
