東京・日本橋を舞台に、再開発予定地にある一坪の土地をめぐって動く「地上げ屋」の男たちの姿を描いたドラマ。 通称「地上げの帝王」こと黒崎義文のもとに、上場企業の君島コーポレーションから「地上げ」の依頼が舞い込む。日本橋の再開発を巡る立ち退き交渉が始まり、黒崎は、同業者の港不動産・金井との対立を深めながら、さまざまな手段を使って地上げに挑んでいく。 主演を白竜が務め、上西雄大、アンミカ、古川杏、木村祐一、温水洋一らが共演。監督はさまざまなビデオ作品を手がける片岡修二。撮影を「カメラを止めるな！」の曽根剛が担当。

A drama set in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, depicting the men of a "land-buying" firm maneuvering over a single tsubo of land in a redevelopment zone. Yoshifumi Kurosaki, known as the "Emperor of Land Buying," receives a request from the listed company Kimijima Corporation to acquire land. Negotiations for eviction begin over the Nihonbashi redevelopment, and Kurosaki, while deepening his conflict with Kanai of the rival Minato Real Estate, uses various means to carry out the land acquisition. Hakuryu stars in the lead role, with co-stars including Yudai Uenishi, Amika, An Furukawa, Yuichi Kimura, and Yoichi Nukumizu. The director is Shuji Kataoka, who has worked on various video works. Cinematography is by Tsuyoshi Sone of "One Cut of the Dead."
