視覚や聴覚に障害のある方にも、自主制作映画を楽しんでほしい。40歳を過ぎて映画制作を始めたひとりの男が、シネマ・チュプキで音声ガイドとバリアフリー字幕に出会いました。衝撃を受けた彼は、自作に字幕を付け、音声ガイド台本制作講習会も受講。「魅力あふれる自主制作映画を、もっと多くの人へ届けたい」。その思いから生まれたのが、この「音声ガイド付き自主制作映画祭」です。さあ、お祭りの始まりです！
We want people with visual or hearing impairments to enjoy independent films too. A man who started making films after turning 40 discovered audio guides and barrier-free subtitles at Cinema Chupki. Deeply impressed, he added subtitles to his own works and took a course on writing audio guide scripts. 'I want to deliver fascinating independent films to more people.' This 'Independent Film Festival with Audio Guides' was born from that desire. Now, let the festival begin!
