かいせつ 「暢気眼鏡」で芥川賞を受賞した尾崎が妻をモデルにした私小説の映画化。妻を“芳兵衛”の愛称で呼ぶ食えない作家の夫(フランキー)と、素朴で愛嬌たっぷりの妻(司)との、貧しくとも幸せな日々を描いた愛すべき1本。
A film adaptation of the autobiographical novel by Ozaki, who won the Akutagawa Prize for "Norakuro Megane," with his wife as the model. This endearing film depicts the poor but happy days of a quirky writer husband (Frankie), who calls his wife by the pet name "Yoshihyoe," and his simple, charming wife (Kishi).
