脚本家・演出家の金沢知樹が2006年に発表した舞台「HOME SWEET HOME」を映画化したタイムスリップホームコメディ。下町の煎餅屋を舞台に、未来からやってきた家族との騒動を通して、世代を超えた親子のつながりや家族と向き合うことの大切さを描く。 祖父の代から続く煎餅屋を営む植木一郎は、ある日、自宅の押し入れから未来の家族たちが現れるという異常事態に巻き込まれる。やってきたのは28年後の未来から来た息子・英郎と、そのまた息子で一郎にとっては孫となる史郎だった。3人はひょんなことからさらに過去へとタイムスリップし、そこで今度は若き日の一郎の父・耕太郎と顔を合わせる。4世代の4人は、なぜか全員27歳。親も子も孫も同い年という奇妙な状況の中、“家族会議”が始まるのだが……。 主人公・一郎役にダンス＆ボーカルグループ「WATWING」の八村倫太郎、一郎の息子・英郎役に「機界戦隊ゼンカイジャー」の増子敦貴、孫・史郎役に同じく「機界戦隊ゼンカイジャー」で知られる駒木根葵汰、父・耕太郎役に映画「正体」やドラマ「おいしい離婚届けます」で活躍する前田公輝と若手注目俳優が集結。そのほか大原優乃、山谷花純、樫尾篤紀、藤田ハル、ドロンズ石本が共演。監督は「SOUND of LOVE」「プロジェクト・カグヤ」の吉川鮎太。

A time-slip home comedy based on the stage play "HOME SWEET HOME" written and directed by scriptwriter Kanazawa Tomoki in 2006. Set in a downtown rice cracker shop, it depicts the bonds between parents and children across generations and the importance of facing one's family through the commotion caused by a family arriving from the future. Ueki Ichiro runs a rice cracker shop that has been in the family since his grandfather's generation. One day, he is caught up in an extraordinary situation when his future family members appear from the closet in his home. They are his son Eiro, who has come from 28 years in the future, and Shiro, Eiro's son and Ichiro's grandson. The three of them end up time-slipping even further into the past, where they come face to face with Ichiro's father Kotaro in his younger days. The four generations of four people are, for some reason, all 27 years old. In this strange situation where parent, child, and grandchild are all the same age, a "family meeting" begins... Hachimura Rintaro of the dance & vocal group "WATWING" plays the protagonist Ichiro, Mashiko Atsuki of "Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger" plays Ichiro's son Eiro, Komagine Aita, also known for "Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger," plays grandson Shiro, and Maeda Koki, active in the film "Identity" and the drama "Oishii Rikon Todokemasu," plays father Kotaro, bringing together notable young actors. Also appearing are Ohara Yuno, Yamaya Kasumi, Kashio Atsuki, Fujita Haru, and Doronz Ishimoto. Directed by Yoshikawa Ayuta of "SOUND of LOVE" and "Project Kaguya."
