「トランスフォーマー」「ミュータント・タートルズ」シリーズのミーガン・フォックスが主演を務め、美しく従順な家政婦ロボットが巻き起こす恐怖を描いたSFエロティックスリラー。 高性能なAIロボットが普及した近未来。建設現場で働くニックは、妻の入院中に子どもたちの世話や家事を任せるため、美しい女性型AIロボットを購入する。娘が「アリス」と名付けたそのロボットは料理も掃除も育児も完璧にこなし、家族の生活を支えてくれる最高の存在となるが、ある日、ニックと性的な関係をもってしまう。自意識が芽生えたアリスの存在は、やがて人類全体に脅威をもたらしていく。 ニック役で「愛は、365の日々で」のミケーレ・モローネ、妻マギー役でテレビドラマ「HEROES ヒーローズ」のマデリン・ジーマ、娘アイラ役で「ウルフマン」のマチルダ・ファースが共演。「ティル・デス」でもミーガン・フォックスと組んだS・K・デール監督がメガホンをとり、共同製作総指揮で「バイオハザード」「サイレントヒル」シリーズのビクター・ハディダが参加。
Megan Fox, star of the Transformers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, leads this sci-fi erotic thriller depicting the terror unleashed by a beautiful, obedient housekeeping robot. In the near future, where high-performance AI robots are commonplace, Nick, a construction worker, purchases a beautiful female-form AI robot to handle childcare and housework while his wife is hospitalized. The robot, named Alice by his daughter, perfectly performs cooking, cleaning, and childcare, becoming an ideal presence supporting the family's life—until one day she enters into a sexual relationship with Nick. Alice, who has developed self-awareness, eventually becomes a threat to all of humanity. Michele Morrone of the 365 Days films plays Nick, Madeline Zima of the TV series Heroes plays his wife Maggie, and Matilda Firth of Wolf Man plays his daughter Isla. S.K. Dale, who previously worked with Megan Fox on Till Death, directs, with Victor Hadida of the Resident Evil and Silent Hill series serving as co-executive producer.
