過去の人物と話せる電話を手に入れたギャングの息子が、運命を書き換えようと大騒動を巻き起こす姿をコミカルかつエキセントリックに描いたインド発のSFアクション。 1975年、マッドサイエンティストのチランジーヴィは、過去の人と通話することができる電話機を発明する。それを使えば、過去の自分自身や親しい者に降りかかるはずの厄災を回避させたり、利益につながる選択をさせたりできるのだ。しかしチランジーヴィは祝杯をあげに訪れたバーでギャングの抗争に巻き込まれ、電話機は行方不明になってしまう。20年後、自動車修理工として働くマークが偶然にも電話機を手に入れ、その特殊な性能と使用方法を知る。やがてこの電話機をめぐり、マークの育ての親であるギャングの親分ジャッキーやその息子マダン、マークの亡父アントニーまで巻き込んだ大騒動へと発展していく。 日本では、主演作が初の劇場公開となるビシャールが自動車修理工マークとその父でギャングのアントニーの2役を務め、「ジガルタンダ・ダブルX」のS・J・スーリヤーがアントニーの相棒ジャッキー役で共演。

This Indian sci-fi action film comically and eccentrically depicts a gangster's son who obtains a phone that allows him to talk to people in the past and tries to rewrite fate. In 1975, mad scientist Chiranjeevi invents a telephone that can call people in the past. Using it, he can avert disasters about to befall his past self or loved ones, or make choices that lead to profit. However, Chiranjeevi gets caught in a gang war at a bar while celebrating, and the phone goes missing. Twenty years later, auto mechanic Mark stumbles upon the phone and learns its special abilities and how to use it. This phone eventually sparks a massive upheaval involving Mark's foster father, gang boss Jackie; Jackie's son Madan; and Mark's deceased father, Antony. In Japan, Vishal plays dual roles as mechanic Mark and his gangster father Antony, while S. J. Surya, known for "Jigarthanda Double X," co-stars as Antony's partner Jackie.
