Childhood friends Hibiki Hojo and Kanade Minamino, along with the fairy Hummy, visit a massive shopping mall on its opening day, but they lose sight of Hummy along the way. They manage to find her, but end up crashing into a fashion show hosted by Erika Kurumi. Amidst this, buildings and residents from other worlds, such as the Toy Kingdom and the Dessert Kingdom, suddenly appear. Furthermore, powerful enemies who once tormented the Pretty Cures are revived by the dark power of a black hole, plotting to wither the miracle flower connecting worlds, the "Prism Flower," and plunge the world into darkness. The Pretty Cures are sent to different worlds by the enemies' scheme, separated from their usual partners and allies, and each is invited into the worlds created by their formidable foes.
