Alakazam the Great!
A rousing entertainment masterpiece based on Osamu Tezuka's "My Son Goku," bringing together the energy of young artists during the first golden age of Toei Animation. It is noteworthy that Osamu Tezuka himself took the lead in drawing the storyboards, and the on-site staff included a large number of talented individuals who would later carry the future of Japan's animation industry. In other words, it is one of the origins of Japanese animated films, a monumental work that greatly envisioned the future of the medium from an entertainment perspective. Winner of the Special Grand Prize at the Venice International Children's Film Festival.
