初監督作品「ヴァニタス」がPFFアワード2016観客賞を受賞し、人気バンド「King Gnu」や平井堅のMVなどを手がける内山拓也監督の青春映画。俳優になるために上京したものの鳴かず飛ばずで、同棲中のユキとの生活もうまくいかない日々を送って悠二は、高校の同級生の多田と再会をする。悠二は多田との再会で、在学当時にヒーロー的存在だった佐々木との日々を思い起こす。悠二はある舞台出演のため稽古に参加するが、稽古が進むにつれ、舞台の内容が過去と現在にリンクし、悠二の日常が加速していく。そんな矢先、悠二の電話に佐々木から数年ぶりの電話がかかってくる。主人公・悠二役を「his」の藤原季節が演じるほか、細川岳、萩原みのり、遊屋慎太郎、森優作、小西桜子、河合優実、「King Gnu」の井口理、鈴木卓爾、村上虹郎らが脇を固める。

Yuji, 27, moves to Tokyo to become an actor but spends his days in obscurity. One day, he recalls his high school days with his classmate Sasaki, who radiated an overwhelming presence, and their group of friends. Sasaki always swept others into his orbit, captivating everyone with explosive vitality. But when a certain incident befalls Sasaki, the friendship they had maintained gradually begins to crumble.
