A film adaptation of Miyamoto Teru's novel, directed by Morisaki, the master of Shochiku comedy. A heartwarming comedy depicting the joys and sorrows of the people who come and go along Yumemidori Shopping Street in downtown Osaka. Ogura's humble charm in her first starring film role is deeply moving, and the diverse cast unique to Osaka makes this a delightful watch.
