The Wonderful World of Puss 'n Boots
Hundreds of years ago, in a certain country, lived a kind-hearted boy named Pierre and a brave cat named Pero who wore boots. Pierre was raised in a wealthy home, but after his father died, his greedy brothers, after his inheritance, drove him out. Pero was ostracized after helping a mouse. They became friends while taking shelter from the rain at the same farm one rainy day and decided to travel together. Crossing fields, mountains, rivers, and lakes, they arrived at a castle where Pierre was delighted to see a wonderful notice. It stated that the richest and most valiant young man in the world would become Princess Rosa's husband. However, princes and knights from all over the world flocked there, using every means to win the princess's favor, and even the demon king Lucifer tried to become her husband using his magic. But when Rosa refused his proposal, he turned the castle into ruins, transformed the king into a pig, and left, saying he would return for the princess on the night of the full moon. Sneaking into the hall and witnessing everything, Pero realized that if they defeated the demon king, Pierre would become the bridegroom. Around that time, Pero rescued a lost baby mouse. Grateful, the mice became Pero's loyal servants and helped him, allowing Pierre to meet the princess. On the night of the full moon, Pierre revealed his true identity, and the princess was captivated by this pure and gallant young man, but she was taken away by the demon king who appeared exactly on time. Pierre, along with Pero and the mouse servants, went to the demon king's castle. The demon king was in high spirits at his wedding feast with the princess. Flattered by Pero's compliments, he showed off by transforming into various animals. But when the demon king realized Pierre and the others were after his magic pendant, he trapped them in a cave. The princess, bargaining for everyone's lives by agreeing to become the demon king's queen, seized a moment to grab the pendant and throw it into the cave. Pierre escaped to the castle tower and held the pendant high. At that moment, the sun rose from behind the mountains, and the pursuing demon king disintegrated along with the castle. Thus, in the castle restored to peace, Pierre and the princess were wed, and they lived happily ever after with Pero.
