Two years after the fierce battle with the Green Goblin, college student Peter Parker struggles with part-time jobs and classes while fighting for justice, leading a hectic life. Torn between his love for MJ and his friendship with Harry due to his identity as Spider-Man, Peter accepts his fate. A new enemy, Doctor Octopus, stands in his way.
