もっと、キレイに、つ・な・げ・て・み・た・い。 ヨーロッパを旅行中の２人の美しいアメリカ人女性。車で移動中、ドイツの森の中で突然タイヤがパンクし、夜の闇のなかで立ち往生してしまう。助けを求めてさまよった２人は、一軒の大邸宅にたどり着いた。次の日、目覚めるとそこは地下に作られた病室のベッドの上。隣には彼女たちと同じように、日本人男性が寝かされている。家の主であるドイツ人男性は、かつてシャム双生児の分離手術を専門とする外科医だったという。だが、彼の新たな３人の"患者"たちは、恐るべき手術によって、"分離"ではなく"結合"されようとしていた。男は、人類史上始めて人と人の胃腸を繋ぎ合わせることを計画し、そうすることで、"ムカデ人間"を創り上げるという生涯の夢を実現させようと企んでいたのだ。
I want to connect them more... beautifully. Two beautiful American women are traveling through Europe. While driving, they suddenly get a flat tire in the German forest and are stranded in the darkness of night. Wandering in search of help, they come across a large mansion. The next day, they wake up on beds in an underground hospital room. Next to them, a Japanese man is also lying. The German man who owns the house was once a surgeon specializing in the separation of conjoined twins. However, his new three 'patients' are now to be 'joined', not 'separated', by a horrifying surgery. The man plans to connect human gastrointestinal tracts for the first time in history, aiming to realize his lifelong dream of creating a 'Human Centipede'.
