It's Laura's birthday. Hamtaro has prepared a present, but Laura ignores him, and in frustration he runs away from home. Seeing this, the Ham-Hams are about to help Hamtaro run away when a mysterious fairy hamster appears and takes everyone to Ham-Ham Land, a dream world where only hamsters live. But Hamtaro can't stop thinking about Laura. Hearing from the fairy hamster about 'magic sunflower seeds' that allow hamsters to talk to humans, Hamtaro sets out on an adventure to find them. But what awaits?
