映画や演劇、俳優養成の専門学校「ENBUゼミナール」の演技コース修了作品としてスタートした企画から生まれた、およそ4時間におよぶ長編作品。「親密さ」という演劇を作り上げていく過程を描いた劇映画の前半部分と、実際の舞台の上演を記録した後半部分の2部構成で、それぞれの中に虚構と現実が交錯する。新作舞台の上演を間近に控えた演出家の令子と良平は、コンビで演出を手がけているが、そのやり方に次第に限界が見え始めて……。

Spanning approximately four hours, this feature-length work originated as a project for the acting course graduation at ENBU Seminar, a vocational school for film, theater, and actor training. It is composed of two parts: a narrative film depicting the process of creating a play titled "Intimacies," and a recording of the actual stage performance, with fiction and reality intertwining in each. With the premiere of their new production drawing near, directors Reiko and Ryohei find the limits of their collaborative partnership beginning to show...
