A film adaptation of Nagano Mamoru's work of the same name, centered on episodes from the original first volume. In the star cluster year 2988, on the planet Adler, the unveiling of a new Fatima created by the renowned scientist Balanche is approaching. Headliners confident in their skills gather from across the star cluster, vying to be chosen as the master of the Fatima made by the master craftsman, when Balanche's friend, Radios Sopp, arrives on Adler.
