親友マークの死を悼みながら服役していたホーは、刑事である弟キットに頼まれ偽札製造組織の潜入捜査に協力することに。重要証人セキをニューヨークに避難させるが、そこでホーは命を落としたマークの双子の弟ケンと出会う。亡き親友の双子の弟と凶悪組織に挑む二人の男のダンディズムが熱い復讐劇として描かれていく。後半は舞台を再び香港に戻し、男気と薬莢が飛び交うままドラマはスピードを増し、前作を遥かに凌駕する銃撃戦が展開されていく。

Ho, who has been serving time while mourning the death of his best friend Mark, agrees to assist his detective brother Kit with an undercover investigation into a counterfeiting ring. After helping key witness Seki escape to New York, Ho encounters Ken, Mark's twin brother, who lost his life. The dandyism of two men—one facing the vicious organization with the twin brother of his deceased best friend—is depicted as a heated revenge drama. In the latter half, the stage returns to Hong Kong, where the drama accelerates amid brotherhood and flying shell casings, unfolding gun battles that far surpass the previous film.
