A human drama planned, written, and directed by Eiji Fukagawa of "The Chef of South Polar" and "Courtroom Play," completed as an independent production after ten years from its conception. Through the struggles of a woman engaged in supporting the independence of people living in social withdrawal, it depicts the distortions of modern society and human rebirth. Noriko Kobayashi, living with her young son in a town far from the city, works to support hikikomori people who are isolated from society. People with nowhere else to go and those seeking advice gather around Noriko, who faces them wholeheartedly in their need for connection. One day, after receiving a request as usual, she meets Masahiko Miura, a man who has been withdrawn for a long time. At first, Masahiko rejects any relationship, but through Noriko's steady efforts, he gradually begins to exchange words with those around him. Just when it seems he might be able to connect with the outside world smoothly, Masahiko has a past he absolutely does not want brought out. Miho Miyazawa, an actor who is also director Fukagawa's wife and filmmaking partner, plays the protagonist Noriko, with comedian Nobora Hirano, model and actor Nose Rin, and child actor Konan Ono, discovered through an audition, appearing alongside her. The supporting cast is rounded out by Kazuko Yoshiyuki, Katsuhisa Namase, Kazuko Kato, Noriko Eguchi, Akira Emoto, Yuki Amami, and Nao Omori. Singer-songwriter Hyui Ishizaki wrote the theme song "Tejina" and also appears as an actor.
