黄金時代の香港映画を支え、ジャッキー・チェン、ジェット・リー、ドニー・イェンら数々のスター俳優と共演してきた80歳の現役アクション俳優・倉田保昭が、俳優歴60周年を記念して製作・主演を務めたオムニバス映画。 「追躡」「ハート･オブ･ドラゴン　龍的心」「不思議の国のドラゴン」の3編で構成され、倉田演じる主人公が見た「夢」を起点に、過去・現在・未来を行き来しながら、国境・世代・時代を超えて有機的につながる物語を描き出す。 監督には倉田アクションクラブ出身で倉田の精神を受け継ぐ3人のアクション監督が集結し、「ウルトラマン」「仮面ライダー」など日本の特撮シリーズを牽引する坂本浩一、実写版「キングダム」「ゴールデンカムイ」の下村勇二、実写版「るろうに剣心」「トワイライト・ウォリアーズ　決戦！九龍城砦」の谷垣健治がそれぞれメガホンをとった。共演は加藤雅也、武田梨奈、高岩成二、谷口布実に加え、「七福星」「ラスト・シャンハイ」など数多くの作品で倉田と共演してきた盟友サモ・ハンが特別出演。
