かいせつ 京都を舞台に、最終学年を迎えた医学生たちの苦悩や挫折を描いた青春グラフィティの名作。医学部出身の大森監督が自身の経験を生かしたシナリオで医大生たちのリアルな日常を描き出す。手塚治虫、鈴木清順のカメオ出演も必見。

A masterpiece of youthful coming-of-age drama set in Kyoto, depicting the anguish and setbacks of medical students in their final year. Director Omori, himself a medical school graduate, draws on his own experience in a screenplay that captures the realistic daily lives of medical students. Cameo appearances by Osamu Tezuka and Seijun Suzuki are must-sees.
