Set against the chaotic nightscape of Tokyo, this human drama delicately portrays young people living with loneliness and unspoken anguish on the fringes of the city, tackling the extreme subject of a mass suicide event held at a nightclub. Directed and written by Yuto Shimizu, who gained attention with his debut feature 'The Fireworks That Bloomed Inside Me.' A young man named Amenashi loses his sister Anna, who changed after witnessing a classmate's suicide in high school and later took her own life. Burdened by guilt over her death, Amenashi continues to chase her shadow. One night, he learns of a secret mass suicide event held in a corner of Tokyo's neon-lit streets and, drawn to it, steps into the nightclub venue. His friends Notsu and Hattori, suspicious of his actions, follow him and infiltrate the club. In this closed space filled with despairing youth, the three try to escape but are forced to confront the emotions buried deep within their hearts. Amenashi is played by Iori Abe, and his sister Anna by Utano Aoi, both reuniting with director Shimizu after 'The Fireworks That Bloomed Inside Me.' The cast also includes Kosuke Tanaka and Taiga Hironaka, with rappers Kan a.k.a. GAMI, Bontou, and Isaac among the diverse supporting roles. The producer is Ken Ochiai of 'Uzumasa Limelight.'
