ゲーム業界のリアルと女性同士の恋愛を繊細に描いたテレビドラマ「チェイサーゲームW パワハラ上司は私の元カノ」「チェイサーゲームW2 美しき天女たち」の続編となる映画版。ドラマから7年後を舞台に、時間の経過とともに変化していく関係性と、人生の選択に向き合うふたりの姿を描く。 樹と冬雨は中学生になった娘・月とともに、静岡県伊東市で暮らしている。家事や育児、仕事に追われる日々を過ごすうちに、一緒に過ごす時間は当たり前のものとなっていた。7年という歳月のなかで、樹と冬雨の関係は恋人から家族へと変わり、少しずつすれ違うようになる。お互いの何気ない言葉や態度に心を乱されながらも穏やかな家庭を保ち続けるふたりだったが、娘の月は両親の間に漂う違和感を抱いていた。そんなある日、トラブルに巻き込まれた月は、タクシードライバーの梢に助けられる。その出会いをきっかけに、樹と冬雨は初めて互いの本音と向き合い、すれ違っていた愛のかたちを見つめ直していく。 ドラマ版に引き続き菅井友香が樹役、中村ゆりかが冬雨役で主演を務め、中学生になった娘・月を岡本望来、タクシードライバー・梢を伊藤歩、呂部長を黒谷友香が演じる。ドラマ版も手がけた太田勇が監督、アサダアツシが脚本を続投。

A film version serving as a sequel to the TV dramas 'Chaser Game W: My Ex-Girlfriend is My Harassing Boss' and 'Chaser Game W2: The Beautiful Celestial Maidens,' which delicately portrayed the realities of the game industry and a romance between women. Set seven years after the drama, it depicts the relationship evolving over time and the two women confronting life choices. Itsuki and Fuyu live in Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture, with their daughter Tsuki, now a middle school student. As they become consumed by housework, childcare, and work, their time together becomes routine. Over the seven years, their relationship shifts from lovers to family, and they gradually begin to drift apart. Though they maintain a peaceful home while being disturbed by each other's casual words and attitudes, their daughter Tsuki senses the unease between her parents. One day, Tsuki gets into trouble and is helped by a taxi driver named Kozue. This encounter prompts Itsuki and Fuyu to confront each other's true feelings for the first time and re-examine the form of love they have lost sight of. Continuing from the drama series, Sugai Yuka stars as Itsuki, Nakamura Yurika as Fuyu, Okamoto Mirai as their middle-school-aged daughter Tsuki, Ito Ayumi as taxi driver Kozue, and Kurotani Tomoka as Department Chief Ro. Directed by Ota Isamu, who also worked on the drama series, with a screenplay by Asada Atsushi.
