自己承認欲求と共依存が渦巻く現代社会を背景に、平凡な夫婦が奇妙な“習いごと”に足を踏み入れたことから崩れていく日常を描くサイコセラピー・スリラー。 結婚2年目の専業主婦・結依は、一見すると優しい夫・恒平に“守るべき妻”となることを強いられるなど、日常に潜む“悪意なき暴力”に傷つきながらも、表面上は平穏な生活を送っていた。そんなある日、彼女は街中で「健康ちえのわトランポリン教室」という奇妙な名前と内容の習いごと教室を見つけ、通い始めることになる。教室の先生や仲間たちとの交流を通じて、結依はこれまで押し殺してきた“本当の自分”と向き合い始めるが、その一方で恒平との夫婦関係は歪みを増していき、2人は日常に潜んでいた闇に飲み込まれていく。 プロデューサー・宮沢大とともに映像制作団体「平成ナヌーク」を立ち上げた石川皓一監督が構想2年、完成まで3年をかけて手がけた長編デビュー作で、第十三回下町映画祭で準グランプリを受賞した。出演は田野真悠、下遠航、香賀隆乃ら。

A psycho-therapy thriller set against the backdrop of modern society, rife with self-validation needs and codependency, depicting the unraveling daily life of an ordinary couple after they stumble upon a bizarre 'hobby class.' Yui, a housewife in her second year of marriage, is forced by her seemingly gentle husband Kōhei to be a 'wife who needs protecting,' suffering from the 'non-malicious violence' lurking in everyday life while maintaining a facade of peace. One day, she discovers a strange class called the 'Kenkō Chienowa Trampolin Kyōshitsu' (Healthy Wisdom Ring Trampoline Class) and starts attending. Through interactions with the teacher and classmates, Yui begins to confront her suppressed 'true self,' but her marital relationship with Kōhei grows increasingly distorted, and the two are swallowed by the darkness hidden in their daily lives. Directed by Kōichi Ishikawa, who co-founded the film production group 'Heisei Nanook' with producer Dai Miyazawa, this feature debut took two years to conceive and three years to complete, winning the Semi-Grand Prix at the 13th Shitamachi Film Festival.
