主人公は在日コリアンの14歳の少女・ソヒ。朝鮮学校に通い、部活で朝鮮舞踊に打ち込む日々を送っている。 ある日、日本学校との交流会で日本人の未来とK-POP好きという共通点で仲良くなり、ソヒは少しずつ外の世界と繋がりを持っていく。 そんな中、ふたりは推しのK-POPアイドルのライブチケット代を稼ぐために、ソヒの家にある不用品をフリマサイトで売ることに。 そこで意外にも高値で売れたのは、朝鮮学校の校長である父・サンジュが持っていた一枚の北朝鮮のCDだった。 それに味をしめたソヒたちは、サンジュが祖国・北朝鮮から授与された”勲章”までも売ってしまう──。

The protagonist is Sohui, a 14-year-old Zainichi Korean girl. She attends a Korean school and devotes herself to Korean dance in her club activities. One day, at an exchange event with a Japanese school, she becomes friends with a Japanese girl named Mirai over their shared love of K-Pop, and Sohui gradually connects with the outside world. To earn money for tickets to their favorite K-Pop idol's concert, the two decide to sell unused items from Sohui's house on a flea market app. Surprisingly, the item that sells for a high price is a North Korean CD owned by Sohui's father, Sanju, who is the principal of the Korean school. Emboldened, Sohui and her friend even sell a "medal" awarded to Sanju by his homeland, North Korea.
