「サマータイムマシン・ブルース」「リバー、流れないでよ」など数々の話題作で映画脚本を手がけてきた劇団「ヨーロッパ企画」代表の上田誠が長編初監督を務め、下北沢にある実在のビル「シェルボ下北沢」を舞台に斬新なギミックで描いた青春コメディ。 「シェルボ下北沢」の2階にある映画館・トリウッド。下北沢の劇作家・マドカと三軒茶屋のバンドマン・カズマはそれぞれ映画を見に行くが、互いの出来事が映画としてスクリーンに映し出されるという、ありえない構造が生まれてしまう。そんな中、映画館の両隣の店「グッドヘブンズ」と「三日月ロック」で問題が発生。マドカとカズマはこの構造を利用しながら問題の解決に挑むが、互いの映画は影響し合い、事態は予想外の方向へと展開していく。 劇作家のマドカ役で「サマーフィルムにのって」の伊藤万理華、バンドマンのカズマ役で「ミュジコフィリア」の井之脇海がそれぞれ主演を務め、マドカが主宰する劇団の団員役で前田旺志郎と菊池日菜子、カズマのバンドのメンバー役で金子鈴幸と三河悠冴、「三日月ロック」に出入りする半グレ役で今井隆文、刑事コンビ役でお笑いコンビ「ザ・ギース」が共演。さらに、石田剛太、金丸慎太郎、藤谷理子らヨーロッパ企画のメンバーが個性的なキャラクターたちを演じる。

A youth comedy directed by Makoto Ueda, head of the theater group "Europe Kikaku," known for writing screenplays for numerous hit films like "Summer Time Machine Blues" and "River, Don't Flow On." This is his feature directorial debut, set in the real-life building "Shelbo Shimokitazawa" in Shimokitazawa, employing innovative gimmicks. At the cinema Tollywood on the second floor of "Shelbo Shimokitazawa," Madoka, a playwright from Shimokitazawa, and Kazuma, a band musician from Sangenjaya, each go to see a movie. An impossible structure emerges where each other's events are projected onto the screen as a film. Meanwhile, problems arise at the shops adjacent to the cinema, "Good Heavens" and "Mikazuki Rock." Madoka and Kazuma try to solve the problems using this structure, but their films influence each other, and the situation spirals in unexpected directions. Starring Maria Ito ("Summer Film ni Notte") as Madoka the playwright and Kai Inowaki ("Musicophilia") as Kazuma the band musician. The cast also includes Oshiro Maeda and Hinako Kikuchi as members of Madoka's theater troupe, Suzuyuki Kaneko and Yusuke Mikawa as members of Kazuma's band, Takafumi Imai as a semi-delinquent who frequents "Mikazuki Rock," and the comedy duo "The Geese" as a pair of detectives. Additionally, members of Europe Kikaku, including Gota Ishida, Shintaro Kanamaru, and Riko Fujitani, play unique characters.
