Netflixドラマ「忍びの家 House of Ninjas」で話題を呼んだ俳優・プロデューサーの賀来賢人と監督のデイブ・ボイルが共同設立した映像製作会社「SIGNAL181」の長編映画第1作となるホラー。賀来がプロデュース・出演、ボイルが監督・脚本を手がけ、死者の姉と生者の妹による霊媒師コンビが山奥の洋館に巣食う凶悪な亡霊に立ち向かう姿をオリジナルストーリーで描き出す。 霊媒師一家に生まれた愛里と、ある事件により霊となった姉・美玖は、霊と交信できる力で全国の怪事件を解決してまわっていた。そんな姉妹のもとに、ある屋敷に現れる男の亡霊を祓ってほしいという依頼が舞い込む。亡霊を目撃した張本人の禎子は愛里の仕事に興味津々だが、息子の群治は霊の存在に懐疑的だった。屋敷で怪現象が次々と起こるなか、除霊の儀式を始めた愛里は、おぞましい姿の亡霊に遭遇する。亡霊は部屋の壁に隠された何かを必死に捜していた。やがて、屋敷の秘密と亡霊の正体、姉妹を縛る恐ろしい過去が明らかになっていく。 ドラマ「SHOGUN 将軍」の穂志もえかが愛里役で主演を務め、幽霊となった姉・美玖を「366日」の稲垣来泉、依頼人の禎子とその息子・群治を木村多江と賀来賢人がそれぞれ演じた。第33回SXSW（サウス・バイ・サウスウエスト）2026のミッドナイター部門で観客賞を受賞。

The first feature film from SIGNAL181, a production company co-founded by actor-producer Kento Kaku, who drew attention with the Netflix drama "House of Ninjas," and director Dave Boyle. This horror film, produced by and starring Kaku with Boyle directing and writing, depicts in an original story a pair of spirit mediums—a dead older sister and a living younger sister—who confront a vicious ghost dwelling in a Western-style mansion deep in the mountains. Airi, born into a family of mediums, and her sister Miku, who became a spirit after a certain incident, travel across the country solving paranormal cases with their ability to communicate with the dead. One day, the sisters receive a request to exorcise the ghost of a man appearing at a certain mansion. Teiko, who witnessed the ghost firsthand, is fascinated by Airi's work, but her son Gunji is skeptical of the spirit's existence. As strange phenomena occur one after another in the mansion, Airi begins the exorcism ritual and encounters a horrifying apparition. The ghost is desperately searching for something hidden behind the walls of a room. Eventually, the mansion's secret, the ghost's true identity, and the terrifying past that binds the sisters are revealed. Moecka Hoshi from the drama "SHOGUN" stars as Airi, with Kureha Inagaki from "366 Days" as her ghost sister Miku, and Tae Kimura and Kento Kaku as the client Teiko and her son Gunji. Won the Audience Award in the Midnighters section at the 33rd SXSW 2026.
