アニメやゲーム、各キャラクターを担当する声優陣によるリアルライブなどのメディアミックス展開で人気を集めるガールズバンドプロジェクト「BanG Dream!（バンドリ！）」のテレビアニメシリーズ「BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!!」「BanG Dream! Ave Mujica」の続編となる劇場版。同プロジェクトから生まれた9番目のバンド「Ave Mujica」にスポットを当て、秘密を抱えながら活動する彼女たちの奮闘を描く。 Ave Mujicaが再デビューを果たしてから半年以上が過ぎた春。バンドはさらなる人気を獲得し、メンバーそれぞれの活動も軌道に乗っていた。キーボード担当でライブの演出も手がける豊川祥子はバンドの次なる舞台として、会員制のマスカレードの開催を提案する。 監督は「BanG Dream!」のアニメシリーズを多く手がけてきた柿本広大。
A theatrical film that serves as a sequel to the TV anime series "BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!!" and "BanG Dream! Ave Mujica" from the girls band project "BanG Dream!," which has gained popularity through media mix developments including anime, games, and real live performances by the voice actresses who play each character. The film spotlights Ave Mujica, the ninth band born from the project, depicting their struggles as they perform while carrying secrets. It is spring, more than half a year since Ave Mujica made their re-debut. The band has gained even more popularity, and each member's activities are on track. Sakiko Togawa, who plays keyboards and also handles live performance direction, proposes holding a members-only masquerade as the band's next stage. The director is Kodai Kakimoto, who has worked on many anime series in the "BanG Dream!" franchise.
