「違う惑星の変な恋人」「代々木ジョニーの憂鬱な放課後」の木村聡志が監督・脚本を手がけ、フランス映画の定番ジャンルである「バカンス映画」に挑戦した会話劇。 夏の始まり。3年連れ添った春樹と離婚したばかりの優香は、親友の詩菜とその恋人である太宰と共に、とある海辺の町へバカンスに訪れる。優香と太宰はかつて恋仲だったことがあり、久々に彼と再会した優香は想いを再燃させていく。一方、詩菜は海辺の町で暮らす詩人の天馬に心惹かれる。 登場人物が2人ずつフレームインする「1:1」の場面をつくり、さまざまな組み合わせの連鎖で物語を展開。「好き」という感情が各々のフォーメーションを決め、すれ違いながら関係性を動かしていく。「ソワレ」「ある用務員」の芋生悠が優香役、「もしも徳川家康が総理大臣になったら」の足立英が太宰役、「YOUNG&FINE」の新帆ゆきが詩菜役、「BADBOYS THE MOVIE」の山口雄大が天馬役、「明ける夜に」の五十嵐諒が春樹役を務めた。

Satoshi Kimura, director of 'Strange Lovers from Another Planet' and 'The Melancholic After-School of Yoyogi Johnny', takes on the classic French genre of 'vacation film' with this dialogue-driven drama. At the start of summer, Yuka, freshly divorced from Haruki after three years together, visits a seaside town on vacation with her best friend Shina and Shina's boyfriend Dazai. Yuka and Dazai were once in love, and reuniting with him rekindles her feelings. Meanwhile, Shina finds herself drawn to Tenma, a poet living in the seaside town. The film creates '1:1' scenes where characters enter the frame in pairs, unfolding the story through a chain of different combinations. The emotion of 'liking' determines each character's formation, shifting relationships as they cross paths. Yu Imari ('Soirée', 'A Janitor') plays Yuka, Ei Adachi ('If Tokugawa Ieyasu Became Prime Minister') plays Dazai, Yuki Shinho ('YOUNG&FINE') plays Shina, Takeo Yamaguchi ('BADBOYS THE MOVIE') plays Tenma, and Ryo Igarashi ('Before Dawn') plays Haruki.
