「キムチを売る女」「春の夢」「福岡」など中国・韓国・日本を横断しながら映画を撮り続けてきた中国出身のチャン・リュル監督が、変わりゆく現代中国のなかで喪失するアイデンティティをテーマに描いたドラマ。 女優としての夢が行き場を失い、恋愛にも行き詰まってしまった37歳の春樹（チュンシュウ）。故郷・成都に20年ぶりに帰った彼女は、かつての演技指導者・張梅（ジャン・メイ）のもとを訪れるが、張梅は認知症で言葉を失いつつあった。故郷に居場所を見つけられない春樹に、母の世話をするため上海から戻ってきた張梅の息子・冬冬（ドンドン）が静かに寄り添う。過去の栄光も、教えも、学びも、時代の流れのなかで忘れ去られ、朽ちたまま残された国立映画撮影所のように、停滞する人々のかたわらで日々はささやかに過ぎていく。 出演は「モンスター・ハント」のバイ・バイホー、「サタデー・フィクション」のワン・チュアンジュン。2025年・第38回東京国際映画祭コンペティション部門にて最優秀監督賞と最優秀男優賞（ワン・チュアンジュン）を受賞（映画祭上映時タイトル「春の木」）。本作の撮影後、同監督・同キャストによる姉妹編「ルオムの黄昏」が制作された。

Dreams, love, memories, and the time of cinema gently unravel— Chunshu, 37, has lost her way as an aspiring actress and is stuck in her love life. Returning to Chengdu, her former hometown she left twenty years ago, she visits her old acting instructor, Zhang Mei. But Zhang Mei has dementia and is gradually losing her speech. Unable to find a place anywhere, Chunshu is quietly accompanied by Dongdong, Zhang Mei's son who has returned from Shanghai to care for his mother. Like the decaying national film studio that remains in ruins, past glories, teachings, and lessons are gradually forgotten in the flow of time, and days pass quietly beside people stuck in stagnation. Released simultaneously with its sister film "Twilight in Luomu," shot consecutively with the same cast.
