A documentary that turns its camera on survivors living with various forms of pain, including sexual violence. Directed by Shigeru Kobayashi, known for his cinematography on Living on the River Agano and his directorial works such as Ripples of Wind, the film took nine years to complete. Having witnessed a friend suffer for years from PTSD caused by sexual abuse experienced in childhood, director Shigeru Kobayashi decided to make the film after meeting a photographer who continues her activities while publicly identifying as a survivor of sexual violence. The camera turns toward survivors each living with different pain, capturing how they live alongside pain that cannot be put into words. Over the long production period, Kobayashi comes to question the meaning of making the film and begins to confront his own past. Kaori Oda, a visual artist known for works such as ARAGANE and Underground, handled cinematography. An official selection in the Nippon Cinema Now section of the 38th Tokyo International Film Festival in 2025.
