青山剛昌原作の漫画をアニメ化し、国民的大ヒットシリーズへと成長した「名探偵コナン」の劇場版第29作。 コナンと蘭、園子、小五郎は、バイク好きの世良真純とともに、バイクの祭典「神奈川モーターサイクルフェスティバル」が開催される横浜・みなとみらいに向かう途中、暴走する謎の黒いバイクに遭遇する。その黒いバイクを、神奈川県警交通機動隊の萩原千速が追跡していたが、あと一歩のところで取り逃がしてしまう。コナンたちは横浜のフェス会場に到着するが、そこでは、ある最新技術を搭載した白バイ「エンジェル」のお披露目が行われていた。そんな中、暴走した黒いバイクが今度は都内に出現したという情報が入る。警視庁の追跡も振り切った黒いバイクは、その車体が「エンジェル」に酷似していることから、黒いエンジェル「ルシファー」と呼ばれ、追跡が続けられる。そして千速の脳裏には、弟の萩原研二と、その同期・松田陣平との記憶がよぎっていた。 蘭が「風の女神」と称賛した運転テクニックを誇る萩原千速が、劇場版に初登場。暴走する謎の黒いバイク「ルシファー」との壮絶なバイクアクションを繰り広げる。千速役は、2024年8月に他界した田中敦子から同役を引き継いだ沢城みゆきが担当。ゲスト声優として今回が声優初挑戦の横浜流星と畑芽育が参加。監督は、「名探偵コナン　黒鉄の魚影（サブマリン）」の演出を担当した蓮井隆弘。

The 29th theatrical film in the nationally hit series "Detective Conan", based on the manga by Gosho Aoyama. Conan, Ran, Sonoko, and Kogoro, along with motorcycle enthusiast Sera Masumi, encounter a mysterious black motorcycle speeding out of control while on their way to the "Kanagawa Motorcycle Festival" in Yokohama's Minato Mirai district. Kanagawa Prefectural Police traffic officer Hagiwara Chiharu chases the black bike but narrowly misses catching it. Conan and the others arrive at the festival venue, where a new white motorcycle called "Angel" equipped with cutting-edge technology is being unveiled. News then arrives that the runaway black bike has appeared in Tokyo. After evading the Metropolitan Police Department's pursuit, the black bike, whose body closely resembles the "Angel", is dubbed the "Black Angel" or "Lucifer", and the chase continues. In Chiharu's mind, memories of her younger brother Hagiwara Kenji and his colleague Matsuda Jinpei flash by. Hagiwara Chiharu, praised by Ran as the "Goddess of the Wind" for her driving skills, makes her first appearance in a theatrical film, engaging in intense motorcycle action against the mysterious black bike "Lucifer". Chiharu is voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro, who took over the role from Atsuko Tanaka, who passed away in August 2024. Guest voice actors Ryusei Yokohama and Mei Hata make their voice acting debuts. Directed by Takahiro Hasui, who handled direction for "Detective Conan: Black Iron Submarine".
