A drama based on the award-winning novel by Mizuki Tsujimura, depicting the complex emotions of junior high and high school students during the COVID-19 pandemic, set in Tokyo's Shibuya Ward, Tsuchiura City in Ibaraki Prefecture, and Goto City in Nagasaki Prefecture. In 2020, with school attendance and club activities restricted due to the pandemic, Aya Tanimoto, a second-year student in the astronomy club at Ibaraki Prefectural Sunaura High School, proposes an 'Online Star Catch Contest'—a competition using remote meetings to conduct simultaneous astronomical observations across different locations. The activity, joined by students from the Goto Islands in Nagasaki and central Tokyo, eventually spreads nationwide and sparks a miracle. Hiyori Sakurada, known for 'The Fake Diary,' stars as Aya. Rinataro Mizusawa plays her classmate; Arisa Nakano and Ikoi Hayase play students from Nagasaki; Soiya Kurokawa and Anna Hoshino play students from Tokyo; and Takashi Okabe plays the astronomy club advisor. Tamaki Yamamoto, who gained attention for the 2019 short film 'One Night After' and the streaming drama 'Today You're Restless, You're Burning,' makes his feature-length commercial film debut as director. Mash Morino, known for the drama 'Keke no Hi no Kekeke,' writes the screenplay. Haruka Nakamura, known for 'Look Back,' provides the music.
