ふたりの少年の30年にわたる友情と再会を通して、人が生きることの意味を静かに問いかけた長編アニメーション映画。 平成の日本の田舎町。自分が“普通”であることに悩む小学3年生の内気な少年・翼は、クラスの人気者で“特別”な存在である暁太郎と出会い、親友になる。ふたりだけの遊びや意味のない会話、夕暮れの帰り道など、小さな世界の中でかけがえのない時間を過ごす翼と暁太郎だったが、日常は少しずつ歪みはじめる。暁太郎はクラスの中で浮いた存在となり、噂や視線が彼を囲むようになる。翼はその変化に気づきながらも、何も言えず、何もしないという選択を重ねてしまう。やがて取り返しのつかない事件が起こり、ふたりの関係は大きく変わっていく。 YOASOBI「優しい彗星」のMVなどを手がけたアニメーション作家・門脇康平が長編初監督を務め、緻密な世界観と写実的な映像表現で描き出す。“普通”の青年・翼役で坂東龍汰、“特別”な存在の暁太郎役で岡山天音が声優を務め、オーディションで選ばれた槙木悠人と中込佑玖が幼少期の翼と暁太郎の声をそれぞれ担当。音楽プロデューサーのYaffleが音楽を手がけた。2026年・第39回東京国際映画祭「アニメーション」部門上映作品。

"Pipiro rirori ro. Secret mission on Earth complete. Returning to space!" In a certain rural town in the Heisei era, Tsubasa, a shy boy troubled by being "ordinary," meets Akitaro, the class idol and a "special" presence, in the spring of his third year of elementary school, and they become best friends. Games just for the two of them, meaningless conversations, the walk home at dusk—— The world was certainly theirs. But from a certain day onward, Akitaro became an outcast in the class, and rumors and stares surrounded him. Eventually, an irreversible incident occurs. "Hey, what would you do if I were an alien?" Is this a coming-of-age story of two people, or a memory they want to erase? A story of a friendship spanning 30 years, an endlessly blue tale of departure——
