In a devastated world where most of the population has been lost to a mysterious pandemic, survivors fight over resources. Pilot Higg survives day to day by forming a united front with Bangley, a former soldier. His only solace is his beloved dog Jasper and the memory of his late wife. One day, a mysterious voice reaches him over the radio. Believing that hope might still remain even at the end of the world, Higg decides to take to the unknown skies, guided by that voice. But what lies ahead is a harsh reality of kill-or-be-killed, overrun by ferocious animals and ruthless raiders. Jacob Elordi, nominated for the 98th Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for 'Frankenstein', plays the protagonist Higg. The cast also includes Josh Brolin, Margaret Qualley, Allison Janney, and Guy Pearce.
