「SUPER EIGHT」の丸山隆平が「泥棒役者」以来8年ぶりに映画主演を務め、刑務所や拘置所への差し入れを代行する「差入屋」を家族で営む一家が、ある事件をきっかけにその絆が揺らいでいく姿を描いたヒューマンサスペンス。 金子真司は刑務所や拘置所に収容された人への差し入れを代行する「差入屋」を一家で営んでいる。ある日、息子の幼なじみの女の子が殺害されるという凄惨な事件が発生する。一家がショックを受ける中、犯人の母親が「差し入れをしたい」と店を訪れる。差入屋としての仕事をまっとうし、犯人と向き合いながらも、金子は疑問と怒りが日に日に募っていく。そんなある日、金子は一人の女子高生と出会う。彼女は毎日のように拘置所を訪れ、なぜか自分の母親を殺した男との面会を求めていた。この2つの事件と向き合う中で、金子の過去が周囲にあらわとなり、家族の絆を揺るがしていく。 主人公・真司役を丸山が演じ、真木よう子、寺尾聰らが顔をそろえる。「東京リベンジャーズ」シリーズなどの助監督を務め、本作が長編初監督作となる古川豪が自らのオリジナル脚本でメガホンをとった。
Super Eight's Ryuhei Maruyama stars in a film for the first time in eight years since "The Thief Actor" in this human suspense drama depicting a family that runs a "sashiire-ya"—a service that delivers goods to prisons and detention centers on behalf of others—whose bonds begin to waver after a certain incident. Shinji Kaneko runs a family business delivering goods to people held in prisons and detention centers. One day, a horrific incident occurs in which his son's childhood friend, a young girl, is murdered. As the family reels in shock, the perpetrator's mother visits the shop saying she wants to send a "sashiire." While fulfilling his work as a sashiire-ya and facing the perpetrator, Kaneko's doubts and anger grow day by day. Then one day, Kaneko meets a high school girl. She visits the detention center every day and, for some reason, seeks to meet the man who killed her mother. As he confronts these two incidents, Kaneko's past comes to light around him, shaking the bonds of his family. Maruyama plays the protagonist Shinji, with Yōko Maki, Akira Terao, and others rounding out the cast. Go Furukawa, who served as assistant director on the "Tokyo Revengers" series and makes his feature directorial debut with this film, directs from his own original screenplay.
