In the late Qing dynasty, the villainous Im Kun-ho rules over Gold Sand Village, a place rife with all kinds of crime and violence, including drugs and human trafficking. The Dragon group, traveling while punishing evil, and at the same time, the legendary female martial artist Eagle, arrive in this village. They are both searching for a treasure called the 'Silver Pearl', said to have been stolen from a Tibetan temple. Then, the ruthless killer karate practitioner Black Jaguar also appears, and fierce battles unfold among the powerful fighters over the Silver Pearl. This is the Japan comeback film for Yasuaki Kurata, who was active primarily in Hong Kong.
