結婚初夜の伝統ゲームで命を狙われた花嫁グレースが富豪一族の屋敷を逃げ延びるサバイバルホラー「レディ・オア・ノット」の続編。舞台をさらに広げ、世界を裏で操る大富豪たちの覇権争いへと巻き込まれていくグレースの姿を描く。 血に染まったゲームを生き延びたグレースだったが、悪夢は終わっていなかった。その生還は、世界を裏で操る支配者たちの目に留まり、彼女は再び標的に選ばれる。舞台は選ばれし名家が覇権を争う禁断の領域〈カウンシル〉。悪魔ル・ベイルと契約を結んだ6つの名家の代表が、それぞれの一族に伝わる武器を手に、夜明けまでにグレースを仕留めるべく襲いかかる。唯一の味方は長年絶縁状態だった妹フェイスだが、2人は手錠でつながれ、自由に動くこともできない。極限状態の中、2人は生き延びるために家族の絆を試されることになる。 グレース役の主演サマラ・ウィービングが前作から続投。妹フェイス役に「アビゲイル」のキャスリン・ニュートンや、サラ・ミシェル・ゲラー、デビッド・クローネンバーグ、イライジャ・ウッドらが新たに顔をそろえた。前作と同じく映画制作ユニット「レディオ・サイレンス」のマット・ベティネッリ＝オルピンとタイラー・ジレットが監督を務めた。

The sequel to the survival horror "Ready or Not," in which bride Grace, targeted for death in a traditional wedding-night game, flees the mansion of a wealthy family. The stage expands further, depicting Grace being drawn into a power struggle among the ultra-rich who secretly control the world. Grace survived the blood-soaked game, but the nightmare wasn't over. Her survival catches the attention of the rulers who secretly manipulate the world, and she is once again chosen as a target. The stage is the forbidden realm known as the Council, where chosen noble families vie for supremacy. Representatives of six noble families, bound by a pact with the demon Le Bail, attack Grace with their ancestral weapons, tasked with killing her by dawn. Her only ally is her long-estranged sister Faith, but the two are chained together and unable to move freely. In this extreme situation, their family bond is put to the test as they fight to survive. Samara Weaving reprises her role as Grace. Kathryn Newton ("Abigail") joins as sister Faith, along with new cast members Sarah Michelle Gellar, David Cronenberg, and Elijah Wood. As with the previous film, directing duties were handled by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett of the filmmaking unit Radio Silence.
