A human drama depicting a woman searching for her estranged father on social media, who instead develops an irreplaceable friendship with a complete stranger sharing her father's exact name. This feature debut by director and screenwriter Tracy Raymond was inspired by her own real-life experiences. Lily Trevino lives as a live-in caregiver for a friend. Abandoned by her mother at a young age and estranged from her father, she lives with loneliness. One day, trying to contact her father who doesn't even answer the phone, she begins searching for him on social media and accidentally sends a friend request to a stranger named Bob Trevino, who shares her father's exact name. Bob, who works at a construction company and lives supporting each other with his wife Jeanie, is kind-hearted and prioritizes others over himself. Noticing Lily's loneliness through their chance connection, Bob gently begins to be there for her. As they exchange casual messages, a special friendship gradually blossoms between Lily and Bob. Barbie Ferreira of the TV series "Euphoria" plays Lily Trevino, and John Leguizamo of "Chef" plays Bob Trevino. The film won the Special Jury Award and the Audience Award at SXSW 2024.
