父親を亡くしたアンディと目の不自由なパイパー兄妹は、とても親切な里親ローラの元で暮らし始めることになる。そこには言葉を話さない男の子オリバーが一緒に住んでいた。ローラの異様なまでの愛情にアンディは違和感を覚えながらも新たな生活を始める。ある日を境にこの家で次々と不穏な出来事、家の周りに点在する謎の円のモチーフ、そしてオリバーの存在。それらが全て繋がった時、隠されていたローラの＜恐るべき願い＞が明かされる──。

After their father dies, brother Andy and his visually impaired sister Piper come to live with foster mother Laura. Also living there is a boy named Oliver who does not speak. Andy feels uneasy about Laura's seemingly excessive affection, but a new life for the siblings begins under her care. From a certain day onward, unsettling events begin to occur one after another in the house. Furthermore, there are mysterious circular motifs scattered around the house, and the presence of Oliver. When these seemingly unrelated elements all connect, Laura's hidden 'terrifying wish' is revealed.
