エリック・クラプトンが1990年代初頭にロンドンのロイヤル・アルバート・ホールで行った42回の公演からベストパフォーマンスを厳選してスクリーン上映。 クラプトンが同会場で1990年1〜2月に敢行した18回のライブは、4人編成からホーンセクション入りの13人編成、オーケストラとの共演など、さまざまな趣向を凝らした記念碑的なものとなった。さらに翌91年2〜3月には、アルバート・コリンズやバディ・ガイをゲストに招いたブルース・ナイト、マイケル・ケイメン指揮のロイヤル・フィルハーモニー・オーケストラを配した夜など、24回の連続公演を成功させた。名曲「いとしのレイラ」をモチーフにしたオーケストラによるプロローグなど、未公開の13曲を含む全17曲が、至上の音響と4K映像でスクリーンによみがえる。 監督は「エリック・クラプトン　ロックダウン・セッションズ」のデビッド・バーナード。

A selection of the best performances from Eric Clapton's 42 concerts at London's Royal Albert Hall in the early 1990s, screened on the big screen. Clapton's 18 concerts at the venue in January-February 1990 were monumental, featuring various elaborate arrangements from a four-piece band to a 13-piece ensemble with a horn section, and collaborations with an orchestra. Furthermore, in February-March of the following year, 1991, he successfully completed 24 consecutive performances, including a blues night with guests Albert Collins and Buddy Guy, and evenings featuring the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Michael Kamen. A total of 17 songs, including 13 previously unreleased tracks, are revived on screen with supreme sound and 4K imagery, including an orchestral prologue based on the classic "Layla." Directed by David Barnard, director of "Eric Clapton: Lockdown Sessions."
