インドで大ヒットを記録した2019年製作のスパイアクション「WAR ウォー!!」のシリーズ第2作で、「PATHAAN パターン」「タイガー」シリーズと世界観を共有する「YRF（ヤシュ・ラージ・フィルムズ）スパイ・ユニバース」シリーズの1作。世界を舞台に繰り広げられる2人の男の宿命の戦いを、壮大なスケールで描く。 かつて国家を裏切り姿を消した伝説のスパイ・カビールは、いまやインド最大の脅威へと変貌を遂げていた。誰も止めることのできない存在となったカビールを倒す切り札として、政府はインド軍の精鋭ヴィクラムを差し向ける。ある出来事によりすべてを失ったヴィクラムは、カビールの抹殺という唯一の使命に突き動かされていた。しかしその戦いは、いつしか任務からカビール個人への復讐と化していく。 「WAR ウォー!!」に登場した伝説のエージェント、カビールをリティク・ローシャンが引き続き演じ、彼と壮絶な戦いを繰り広げる軍人ヴィクラム役で「RRR」のN・T・ラーマ・ラオ・Jr.がYRFスパイ・ユニバースに初参戦。「ブラフマーストラ」のアヤーン・ムカルジー監督がメガホンをとった。

The second installment in the series following the 2019 Indian spy action blockbuster "War," this is part of the YRF Spy Universe, which shares a world with the "Pathaan" and "Tiger" series. It depicts the fateful battle between two men on a grand, global scale. Kabir, a legendary spy who once betrayed the nation and disappeared, has now transformed into India's greatest threat. To stop the unstoppable Kabir, the government deploys Vikram, an elite Indian army officer. Having lost everything due to a certain incident, Vikram is driven by the sole mission of eliminating Kabir. However, the battle soon turns from a mission into a personal vendetta against Kabir. Hrithik Roshan reprises his role as the legendary agent Kabir from "War," and N.T. Rama Rao Jr. from "RRR" makes his debut in the YRF Spy Universe as the soldier Vikram, who engages in a fierce battle with him. The film is directed by Ayan Mukerji, known for "Brahmastra."
