Fireworks, Should We See It from the Side or the Bottom?
Summer vacation. Norimichi, an elementary school student, is invited by his classmate Nazuna—who is set to transfer schools after the summer due to her parents' divorce—to go to the fireworks festival with her that night. However, Nazuna is planning to run away from home, and Norimichi finds himself being dragged along. Meanwhile, Norimichi's friends, including Junichi, have decided to go to the festival to see for themselves whether fireworks look round or flat when viewed from the side. Nazuna remains determined to carry out her plan to run away.
