In pandemic-era Manila, Eric, a literature professor grieving the recent death of his lover Marcos, a renowned novelist, agrees to meet his student Lance at a long-established restaurant. Despite his sense of loss, Eric looks forward to time with Lance, who admires him. The two grow closer over talk of apple pie and Daft Punk, but the atmosphere shifts when a story about Marcos comes up. Gazing into Lance's eyes, Eric uncovers a startling truth about Marcos. Elijah Canlas, known from the Japanese-hit drama 'Gameboys,' plays the handsome young Lance, while veteran Filipino actor Romnick Sarmenta portrays Professor Eric.
